On September 1, 2026, the NUM School of Public Policy (NUM‑SPP) held its Opening Ceremony, Orientation, and Welcome for students of the following programs:

Master of Public Policy (MPP), Cohort 28

Master of Science in Digital Economy (MSDE), Cohort 28

Master of Laws in International Law (LL.M.), Cohort 29

Bachelor of Arts in International Relations (BAIR), Cohort 34

The event, hosted at the NUM International Campus (Vealsbov), warmly welcomed our incoming students and outlined a clear roadmap for their academic journey within our international programs.

The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Soun Hong, Director of the School of Graduate Studies (SGS), together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nop Kanharith, Vice‑Dean of SGS and Director of NUM‑SPP.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed professors and committed students for their presence. Your participation made this occasion truly meaningful, and we wish all students continued success in their studies and future endeavors.

On Friday, 21 August 2026, the NUM School of Public Policy, in collaboration with the Center for Digital Law, proudly hosted the 1st International Law Seminar on International Commercial Contracts & Enforcement of International Arbitral Awards in Cambodia at Hall B, NUM Wat Phnom Campus.

The seminar brought together students, legal practitioners, public officials, and academics for a dynamic half-day of learning and exchange. A special thank you to Ms. Eszter Papp and Sok Siphana Sethalay (in association with Kinstellar Southeast Asia), for sharing their invaluable expertise, professional insights, and support for this event!

We extend our sincere gratitude to our distinguished speakers and enthusiastic participants for making this inaugural seminar a resounding success.

As part of the ongoing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National University of Management and Hanoi Law University, five students from our Bachelor of Arts in International Relations program are currently participating in the International Summer University 2026 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Our students were warmly welcomed by the leadership and faculty of Hanoi Law University, marking another milestone in our commitment to global education and cross-border academic collaboration.

The School of Public Policy at the National University of Management (NUM) International Campus successfully conducted the Proposal Defense (Oral Examination) for graduate students majoring in Public Policy and Science in Digital Economy on June 27–28, 2026.

These oral examinations form a vital component of the graduation process in our international graduate programs. Through the proposal defense, students presented their thesis research proposals and received valuable questions, constructive feedback, and expert guidance from the examination committee. This rigorous process helps strengthen their research frameworks, ensures academic quality, and prepares them for successful thesis completion.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all members of the Examination Committee and the Organizing Team for their professionalism, dedication, and excellent collaboration. Their expertise and support were instrumental in the smooth and successful completion of the examinations.

National University of Management (NUM) International Campus

On the afternoon of June 17, 2026.

H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), delivered a lecture on the "Progress of Digital Technology Development" to approximately 375 leaders, professors, teachers, academic staff, and students from the National University of Management at the MPTC headquarters.

During the event, the Minister shared the progress and achievements made by the Ministry in the digital technology sector. These include:

• The formulation of policies and legal frameworks
• The enhancement of telecommunication service quality
• The construction of digital infrastructure
• Human resource development and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• The development of the shared platform "DG SuperApp"
• The highly successful development of the Royal Government’s document verification platform, verify.gov.kh, which has been adopted for use by several countries in the region.

Additionally, the Minister allowed the professors, teachers, academic staff, and students to engage in discussions and raise questions related to the Ministry's work, aiming to contribute further to national development.

Please be informed that this lecture was organized to disseminate and share updates on the MPTC’s progress.

These efforts support the implementation of the Royal Government's strategies, policies, and political programs—particularly the Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly, under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
