Transition to the University Management System (UMS)
In the academic year 2026–2027, the NUM School of Public Policy (NUM‑SPP) will deploy the University Management System (UMS), a digital infrastructure developed and supported by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia (MPTC).
To interact and manage the academic cycle, students will utilize the Learning Management System via the REAN platform (num.rean.gov.kh), while faculty members and professors will access administration tools through the University platform.
Together, these portals create an online learning environment that provides comprehensive tools and resources for student-faculty interaction, knowledge sharing, and active learning engagement. During this initial implementation phase, the NUM‑SPP administration will provide all necessary information, credentials, and guidance for connecting to both respective platforms.
