Youth Policy Forum Engages with Ministry Experts

On 29 May 2026, the School of Public Policy at the National University of Management (NUM) led a delegation of research students from the Youth Policy Forum program to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Sa Kennvidy, Deputy Director General of the Directorate General of Technical Vocational Education and Training (DGTVET).

Coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. NOP Kanharith, Vice Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, the meeting allowed students to seek expert advice and gather key insights from ministry specialists to help define their research topics and problem statements. This initiative highlights NUM’s ongoing commitment to building student capacity in research and evidence-based policymaking. The Youth Policy Forum program is initiated by NUM under the support of The Asia Foundation (TAF).

We would like to express our sincere gratitude and profound thanks to the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training for the wonderful hospitality and advices to our research students.
