On Saturday, 21 June 2025, the School of Public Policy at the National University of Management (NUM) successfully hosted an engaging seminar titled:
“A Comparison of Labor Contract Conversion Rules in Cambodia and Japan”
Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nop Kanharith, the session explored key differences in labor laws between the two countries, with rich discussions on:
- Compulsory vs. At-Will Conversion
- Legal frameworks and policy practices
- Insights into labor standards and employment rights
